That's a lovely bike bro. Do you have any idea were I can get OEM fairing parts as I can get a 2005 DT SM for £600 but has been sitting outside all winter and it really needs a fair bit of tlc

do dt125s require the same work as 2 stroke dirt bikes as in regular piston chance etc

yes same sort of maintence. piston changes arnt that regular once every 2/3 years even longer if you look after and ride correctly.

@@mrr-ee6ui My Dt is a 2003, had it 10 years and I still have the same piston, only just got a little noise now and that was my piston clipping my power valve, so I pinned it open and now it's a beast lol, take a look on my vids.

Hey mate, I’m buying a refurbished 92’ dtr125, could you give me a hand by telling me where you got your dep pipe from? I’m from the Channel Islands so shipping is a bit difficult, are you running standard jets? What is your gearing? Have you made any other derestrictions?

deps are pretty bad tbf, decent for how cheap they are i suppose, but most people are going for handmade ones by a guy in portual now days, much better and rust resistant, no matter how much cleaning the deps go rusty within a year or so unless you spend a fortune on acf50
