Looks like a lot of fun. It was nice to see how you managed to dock the boat and get the truck. We pick up our boat Saturday and it will be a learning curve. My biggest worry is holding up other people. Ill also be backing up the trailer and loading. Hope you enjoyed it. Weather looked great.

You’re gonna have such a great time! The learning process is part of the fun! Just take your time, watch lots of videos. Take your boat out to an isolated part of the water and truly spend the time learning how to maneuver. Our docking experience yesterday was actually quite challenging. We were rocking against the wind and actually scraped up the bow a bit. Lessons learned for sure. I’m normally steering while the wife is line handling.

I have the same boat and notice you had a VHF in dash, was wondering what size it is and how you mounted your antenna?

It’s an iCom unit. Antenna is mounted using a clamp on mount to the rear of the T top. I ran the wiring on the outside of the t top tubes.
