Hi. at minute 1:50 if you remove these plastic parts the water could be pass inside the monitor and provoke some damage? Or maby not the water but the gas-water could be pass inside since you remove that parts? Thanks for the answer

No those are just some foam pieces. There is a seal around the entire casing when you put it back together so no water will get in. Those foam pieces are just there to fill the space between the screen and the case. But when you tighten everything up the foam pieces don’t even touch anything so you’re safe to remove them

I just got my color cluster today,fz07, do you know it say in the instructions I need to use a blow dryer and remove the oem dash film?? You don't remove it in your video.. I'm confused

If you have just the colorcluster you dont need to remove anything. If you have the lcd flip you need to remove the original material

I mean you probably could but removing them doesn’t affect anything as when you screw the dash together it secures everything in place

Should just be a clip on the back of it that you push in and it pops right out. Other than that no idea sorry!

Just did the install, now my Odo says 10,000 miles more then what it was! Anyone know how to fix this? My real miles is 14k but it’s showing 24k

The dash may have switched between miles and km. I believe there is a way to switch it if you google it.
