Absolutely. You can. Both bikes are same except that front faring.

Bro, Whats the differents between double/single accelerator cable carburetors?

Dual cable or Push / Pull Cables. They are for like safety feature. If the return spring fails on the throttle body or the pull cable fails, with the push cable we can close the throttle.

Man, my fz's fuel drain screw is jammed. Even sprayed wd40 but it isn't coming out. What to do? Also, do we get another fuel drain screw in the market?

It would be the issue of inner piston of the carburettor. You can change it alone. Ps: buy from Yamaha authorised center for genuine quality parts.

Did you change vacuum piston along with diaphragm? Diaphragm il oru small hole undengil ee preshnam varam. Carburetor inte jet clean cheyuka. Piston and diaphragm othu maaruka. enittum missing undengil carburetor maaruka. Because, Main Carb body il wear undegil piston moment nere avilla.

I am also having this problem. Mine is fz16. And i had a worn out choke plunger (starter set) . my bike has missing problem. When i start my bike and revv it there is no problem, but after riding for 1-2 kms bike starts to jerk. When i release and give throttle it feels like there is something not getting into the combustion chamber air or fuel , icant figure it out this problem is only while riding for me yesterday i ignored it and ride for maybe 4 kms then this missing became worse, then all i did was to hurry back home ,i couldnt slow down .while slowing down i had to keep my clutch pulled in and do hard revvs to keep the bike alive. So today i changed my choke cable with the plunger (starter set). When i started my bike with choke completely pulled in it started well and the rpm was the ideal one for fzs that is somewhere between 1500-600 rpm inspite of getting very high. But soon as i release the choke bike shuts down . can you help me with this?
