The low beam in my bike is not working. The service center says the entire headlight assembly will have to be changed. Is it possible to only change the led bulb instead of changing the entire assembly. Pls suggest

It could be possible but difficult as it is not a bulb but the led is soldered on the pcb. Replacement led is also not available as spare. Some hardware person can remove and solder new led but you will have to provide it yourself. Suggestion is to complain to yamaha and tell them this is manufacturing defect and get them to replace. You can start by calling your dealership.

Hi I hate auto lights turn on when engine ignite.so How do i connect a wire to a main headlight to a high beem switch. Mainly i need a manual switch to control my headlight.

I removed the number plate and visor and also front two screws and side Allen screws but was unable to get the headlamp out - pls suggest how to proceed?

tauhidul tanay very little. Only real parts are led strip and wire. If shop has the parts less than 500. Or you can buy led strip from electrical shop and take.

Akbar Hashim actually i want to set the whole headlight set up as fz25. is it possible? does the whole setup fit in hornet?

tauhidul tanay whole headlight setup will not be easy. There will be no places to mount the headlights so custom mounts have to be made. Even then there maybe chance of vibrations. Also need good mechanic. It is not impossible but difficult.

Yash Shah no different sizes and even few are Allan key. In the video you can see that I am arranging the screws in order of coming out on the wall. Same order I put it back.

prashant goyal ok. Actually main headlight is full assembled unit. Unit cost rs 3000+. Individual bulbs is not there to change.

+Farman Sd I am only 5'6" so I don't know. It should fit but you can test in any showroom. Even if you do not take test drive can sit and see comfort.

You are welcome, I have already filmed half of the led drl installation video. Tomorrow or the day after I will upload. It is basic LED 12V strip with 3m dual sided tape back which I stuck to the cowl. I will also show wiring in the video I upload. It is difficult to make good video explaining everything that is why is taking time.

Hi, If you are reading this, then please comment if the mod is looking good or not. I am not yet decided as the FZ25 has unique look when approaching any vehicle in rear view mirror with the white main and yellow bindi. I wanted a more uniform look, so I have changed it. It is easy to change back if I decide in the future.
