Yamaha Grizzly 550 /700 - Overheating? Engine How to Flush Coolant

I'm rebuilding my 660 the top hose on the resivor tank. Does the hose just connect to the resivor tank and nothing else or does that line then connect to another engin part. I forgot to take pics when I was disassembling 4 years ago.

My grizzly 660 is overheating should I put in a new thermostat n what do I just pull the water pump to remove the thermostat

In an unrelated matter. What is that little screw on the bear tracker 250 head? Also I'm having trouble with my engine taking fuel. It idles fine but when you give it the gas it will not go. Soon as you put it in gear it dies out. I'll put two brand new carburetors and exhaust manifolds. I can't get it to run right. Press rebuilt I'm in. I have adjusted the valves and checked them twice. I'm pretty sure I'm top dead center my timing marks are in line. Please help

You forgot to bleed at water pump. Bolt above drain plug. Fill then bleed at pump then at thermostat.

What color should the new coolant be? Green, red?

Yamaha uses blue

I can't get any coolant to run out my bleeder valve at all, no matter how topped off the coolant is.

Try bleeding at water pump first then thermostat.
