Yamaha Grizzly 660 Reverse Issue Fixed

My 2005 grizzly 660 was running rough in reverse only! Here is what fixed mine!

thanks for sharing this. my 2007 griz 660 has started to do the same thing- spitting, sputtering, backfiring. i'm gonna go make sure my wiring is good.

I like the look of your grizzly. Our ATV starter went out. Still didn’t work after replacing it. Sucks cuz I can’t do the pull start. But we’re not very good mechanics in this family.

so you just rescrewed in your battery or its the actual battery that you changed ?

Jeanson105 Olivier it was the contact on the battery. I got a new positive terminal

I hope that's what is wrong w my ATV...I took out all the gas & put new gas...& still it won't stay idling & makes that same noise.. I'll be checking my battery cables.. I hope it's just that, the cables.
