I was watching this with Mrs. Dowski, and we both immediately wished we had a wheeler, lol. I loved how you did a lap around the area where we got the bikes stuck last year too. That was such great trip. Great video buddy!

Awesome! It’s such a fun trek down and up, and as you know, the beach is amazing. Good memories indeed! I took that ride a few weeks before the camping trip (that got delayed from the rain), to ensure the trails were still in good shape from all the rain. I saw @Babineaumoto camping video, looking forward to seing yours! The KLR on the side trail caught me by surprise (but not really, lol) I read a post after he was cleaning trails. Shortly after is when the moose crossed in front of me, by the time I hit record it was hiding in the brush. That was a fun little adventure, with an awesome lunch view. Cheers buddy, keep well!

Yeah it’s a great spot to explore, and the destination is as awesome as the trails. It’s worth the trip if you have time.

Did you take the low tide trail? Just curious how difficult it was.

Yeah, I believe it’s the low tide trail, off 3407, goes down to the beach (where I’d have to cross salt water to get to the island, which I didn’t do). The trail down on the Quad it’s very manageable. Check your brakes, it’s a steady downhill with lots of washouts, but plenty of room to negotiate your line. Going back up is a 4WD ride for the first bit, because of the loose gravel, best have good traction. At some point I’ll figure out how to get to the high tide trail and explore that area. Cheers!
