Worth the time spent on it - such a great quality mixer. I don't feel so scared about servicing my own one now, so thanks for the reassurance. I actually got a quote to get mine serviced and it was a ridiculous amount (about £80), but now I feel confident that I can do it myself. Thanks for a really useful video.

Thanks so much for this video! I was having weird glitches with my mixer, but I didn't want to pay the ridiculous amount I paid last time to get it professionally cleaned, so I followed your instructions, and now everything works again! While it was a bit of a pain in the ass taking everything apart, and it took a little while, the whole process was actually less complicated than I thought it would be. I'll make sure I leave the dust cover on my mixer when I'm not using it in the future so hopefully I won't have to go through this process again.

Kinda late to ask this question since I got exactly the same Mixer minus the ac adapter wasn't included. You wouldn't by chance know the model number of the ac adapter so I can buy one for my Yamaha model mg124c mixer?

Hi, I got a Yamaha MG12XU and it's a wonderful mixer. But sometimes the PFL led activates automatically and mutes my monitoring output. It's very annoying and I can't take it back to warranty because I bought it from a second hand market. Have you ever seen this problem and how did you fix it? Thanks.
