It's useless. It doesn't have the usefulness and comfort of flat floor scooter while it's not a bike. The pillion seat doest look comfortable and definitely not for Indian mothers. The lack of flat floor also make you look stupid because you have to climb on it like a motorcycle. Its engine and price is the only thing I like. Only useful for school kids whose parents do allow them have motorcycle.

Good Scooter, very good review, keep it up mate👍 Yamaha has recently launched this one here in India by the name Aerox 155. This is the first true Maxiscooter that is launched here, hope the others like Honda will follow. I've took a test ride, and was very impressed by it. The only concern for me was the stiff rear suspension, (they didn't provide a gas filled one here) that may cause a few problems while riding through bad patches of roads. Anyway, I've booked one, hope it will be delivered within a few weeks.

@@DivergentDroid , Yes - it really is. But here in India, when we buy a vehicle, the most important aspect for us is its mileage. A 250 CC scooter will never be a hit here with this attitude.

TBH Primary issue ng Yamaha bikes like Aerox, NMax, Sniper, both old and new versions is ung lagutok issue. Andami units mostly have the same issue, even with newly released units. Tip to new, existing and aspiring owners is magparepack agad or magpaSuspension tuning since ung config ng stock front shocks is based on units in Japan, which is completely different sa Philippine terrain. So mas prone ung bottom out issue sa units here in PH. Suspension tuning from trusted Mechanics should fix most of those issues. Learned all of this from Sir Don Villeza of AV Moto. Credits to him for this knowledge. :)

Regarding the helmet, it can fit inside the understorage compartment. You just have to flip it upside down with the front of the helmet facing the rear of the aerox so in a nutshell, it DOES fit. My helmet is a Ryzen zx-650 btw so its one of the larger helmets.

Both are good. It depends only how you ride. If you wat sporty ride get the Aerox. But if you want want touring and relaxing ride get the Nmax.

if there any indonesian people watching this video. remember in our country the owner of aerox is a student at the senior high school and their got their own name "ngabers" "ngab" means brother and their aerox has been modify with repaint the rim and the body at the paint shop or their colouring by themself, changes the brake with acosato brake, and the caliper brake is brembo, handgrip using rcb and they even change the exhaust to arrow for scooter and the local brand made in indonesia such as best3 proliner and and they usually replace the front tire size with the rear tire 120 - 100 or 100/90 like down size or up size, they usually increase the engine specs from the original standard 58 to 62 66 engine specs with their experienced technician. technically they don't come to the official yamaha workshop to make their aerox more powerfull. they have their own mechanic and their own workshop to do they project. usually 'cause they're a student they have their own budget to modify their aerox. approximately they spend like 351.000 US Dollars to modify all from head to back and there is more who spend above 351.000 US Dollars 'cause their modify with the famous brand like ohlins and the wheel using pirelli, battalax, michellin. so yeah that's all from me represent the indonesian student who has the yamaha aerox in this video

Nah, I don't trust a rotor disc in the back. Once dis aligned by 3mm, it heats ups and grabs the rotor disc. I prefer one for one to balance the stopping power. Even if you slip a bit at the back, the front still roles giving you time to counterweight. The wide wheels also lessens the chances of skidding and loose balance. Just don't apply tireblock.

aerox 155, Nmax 155, xsr 155, R15, and MT 15 all share the same engine. The difference comes in the tuning. For example, the XSR 155 is tuned for low to mid end while the R15 is for high revs.
