I bought a new MODX today (late, I know), because I see it alway in the Doctor's vids. It's amazing. First action: Turn the annoying blinking of Super Knob off, second action: Set velocity curve to "soft". Now it's useable.....

Fantastic synth! One of the best new synths on the market it's probably one of the more innovative synths since the Korg Wavestion, but with the versitailty of the M1. I think the Modx is going to be a classic synth in the future.

I had one , but ultimately returned it for a Komplete Kontrol mk2 . Made me sad, because I loved my Motif back in days, but I couldn’t find a good work flow using the MODX with Logic and other VSTs .

I like your video, I have a question for you, I hope you can help me, I want to buy the modx7 but I would like to know if it is so long as to be able to transport them easily, I am intrigued by the issue that I can not take it by plane as carry-on luggage for the big or the weight, (it will be as long as an electric bass or a Electric guitar?) The other thing I would like to know is if the gig bag really protects and if the back straps are sturdy, what has been your experience with portability?

I gig with my Modx precisely because it’s light :-) I wouldn’t have it any other way :-) the CP is a proper piano with weighted keys and all, and it sounds KILLER. But for my gigs I got my Modx in my Gator case ;-)

Got my '6 last week - utter bargain in terms of bang for buck! A super light mini Montage I can move around but full DAW integration and all the best parts of the bulkier / heavier big bro'.
