God I wish more KZbinrs were as direct and precise. I mean when you're having problems with something and you're looking up advice, you really don't need to see the person giving the advice shutting off their ⏰ getting up going to the bathroom 🚽🧻 brushing their teeth/taking a shower 🛁 🧼 having breakfast 🍳🥞☕ and then taking their time about getting around to saying you need an 18 mm deep well socket. thank you, very helpful. I just went through this exercise and you are exactly right. nice tip on removing the bracket. I gave up on using my torque wrench in that tight space but now it looks like it's possible.

I got an 18mm socket, but the outside diameter wouldn't fit inside the opening. Any suggestions as to who makes a thinner wall socket?

Good video. It also needs to be a thin wall socket I had to try 3 different brands of sockets

The other thing I found is that the socket needs to be a thin walled one. I special ordered from a motorcycle repair site.

Hello I have Yamaha GMHL 20hp 4 stroke 2019 the spark plug get dirty with oil, and do lot smoke what it's can be?

If it's oil, there could be a cylinder issue like the rings. If it's just black, and fouls the plugs often and smokes, it could be running too rich. Probably a carburetor issue. If the fuel is old or doesn't have stable or equivalent in it when the motor is stored, it's probably fuel and carb.

With my experience your gas is probably too high on octane. Hope this helps. I run regular unleaded with no ethanol...like 87 octane I believe.

This doesn't work for a yamaha 15hp 2005 model. The plugs are a bit bigger then 18mm maybe 19mm

I just bring my socket set to the motor and try them on until I find the right fit.
