You are not doing vibrato by holding a chord and moving your neck up/down. That makes no difference at all.

John Velarde thanks for sharing. I was thinking about buying one myself. Can you share what you didn't like and what you would've bought instead. I heard lots of good reviews about playability and I felt like the HHS would be good for playing metal/rock and Eric Johnson tone...that was what interested me in this guitar tone and low fast action. Thanks.
