I'm also hoping that what you SEEM to be implying is also happening, which is what I suggested to you long ago (which I believe was already in your noggin), that you are in the nascent format of creating a Phazer Biz for Alternative Engines for ELSA's.......getting rid of those fuel hogging 582's, offering an AFFORDABLE alternative to the HKS's and Rotax 4 Strokes! I just came in to say hello from a video Jonas posted yesterday that you commented on. I'm from a smidgen S of Flint and try to follow most anyone I come across from MI here, TikTok and IG. I'm interested in flying but probably won't due to $ and my priority now is getting back on my Goldwing to see the country after getting grounded for 2 years. Our fam had a cabin a few miles north of the catastrophic dam failure for many years. Are near there bc you mentioned beets in a prev vid.

I had a Phazer snowmobile. It was a great sled but that was decades ago. I also have an Avid Flyer with a 582 and a Kolb. I really don't see any advantage of a Phazer motor especially considering the work needed to do the conversion. My Phazer was a 2 stroke. I'm pretty sure I would have lost power had I tried to adapt a 4 stroke muffler to my sled.

2007+ 4stroke phazer, fuel injection, 80 hp, 50% less fuel burn. Turn key operation. No 300 hr tbo , etc etc

Hi Ben I have a challenging project that currently have a 582. The challenge is the engine is and how down the gear box needs to be. My plane is a Streak Shadow (British ultralight). Can you check the model and let me know if is possible to install the phaser on it. I don't want to buy an engine that is no going to work in my airframe.

The previous engine (rotax 582) was liquid cooled as well. Just connected to existing radiator.
