@@user-ie8pu6zi4h Where do you come from? Russia? I'm asking because prices may vary in different countries and currencies. You're right that it's not 80 Dollars (I will correct that), but 140 is too expensive. Here in Germany you get it for 82 Euro at musicstore.de or thomann.de which is approximately 100 USD. Maybe you will pay more due to shipping.

Can the drum beat be a 1 measure phrase instead if 2 measures long?

As far as I know, I don't think a drum beat can be a one-bar phrase with a length of two bars.
