Yamaha R3 Mini-Trip

Was supposed to do the dishes but I was like I'm going on a motorcycle ride instead. Haha. Yes sir. Just took my r3 out for the first time last night. First bike,first ride. Took it out at 1am to practice with the least amount of traffic. Stalled twice at a red light,turned wide into the far lane,too fast. Stalled at a stop sign. Signaled for a driver to go first with my clutch hand causing me to stall a fourth time. Had to catch the bike from going down. Always in too low of a gear. Never ever ever using my rear break because I forget I there. Engine breaking too much. Honked instead of using my blinker. Keep forgetting to turn off my blinker. Tried to start the bike with the kickstand down. Got a lot to work to do. Keep the videos coming

I had my very first ride today on a motorcycle on the public road! R3 is sooooo fun to ride!! I cannot wait to ride it again tomorrow!!! You need a helmet with a pinlock antifog visor. Distractions are so dangerous. I did 70 mph today. That was fast enough for me. :)

You need to get a visor with a pinlock slot so you can attach an anti-fog layer

Looks cold brotha! I picked up some wind proof winter gloves and a head and face cover that fits in my helmet. My visor fogs in the cold all the time too looking at getting a Icon helment they don't fog. Ride safe brotha and stay warm!! Living in Texas we can ride almost all year round.

Can't wait to get my R3 back... It's been in the shop getting repaired from an accident for nearly 3 weeks now. Darn shops takes 2 weeks just to order the OEM parts from Yamaha. RIDICULOUS!

I got a R3 and I learned how to Take kicks to the nuts.without falling off a bike Lmao Either downshifting too hard or forgetting the things so slow it hits the limiter and yanks back 🤣 ima get some protection soon

The best thing on a R3 is to get an R6 throttle tube, makes the bike feel so much faster. You don’t have to twist the throttle so far.

Dude there is a good trick to stop visor fogging up firstly the reason it does is because it has a chemical on the plastic from factory to fix and never get fog again get a lighter and run the flame over the visor a few times on inside just don’t burn or melt don’t need to do it for long but it works a treat %100 people who ski in the snow do it to their goggles also and mx riders.

Next time you ride in the cold and stop at a gas station, let your bike run and put your hands by the exhaust. You can at least warm them up for a minute
