Most of those cases bolts can be bought as new from Bajaj Just look up on part number some are M6 with 45, 55 and 90 mm long All those are there in Bajaj in various places.. So change Heat treating it and oil dipping may make it brittle Other option is zinc plating The clutch big oil seal is dampen the bell vs gear play If the bell has too much free play you may want to drill the rivets out and replace 4 rubber bushes inside There is a good kit available now From a friend
