Great video helped me in my removal process. Tio: Electrical grease is an insulator shouldn’t be put on any conductor. Should be put around the plastics to create a seal 👌

Does anyone know why my newly used rpm gauge number shows and sometimes not, the only reason I replaced the gauge was that the original rpm gauge lens was faded and cloudy and never had an issue.

I just installed mine. Where does the power come from?

Power comes from the ignition switch. Signal comes from the engine.

I just got a boat with these, mine do not light up with the orange backlight. Anyone know how to turn that on?

Most likely it's a bad light bulb.

The hours will stay in the engine control module. The gauge needs to be hooked up to a laptop and program.

@@TheCuban.45 yes I buy today new one. And on new one trim level is on maxiumum. Trimm is not maximum and working normal, but level is all time on full

To get the correct hours. U need to hock it up to a computer with the correct program. The dealer can do it for u
