I have same Fully stock 2001 Cat model RX135 4 Speed. Cherry red color. But I have replaced the cat with RX100 Silencer. This Cat muffler is wet with Carbon which is supposed to be dry. Second query is about autolube...is it running on premix or Autolube?

The oil pump of the bike is working all good, you may have seen the oil tank, that its full, secondly I make the engine run on more oil, thats why the muffler is wet... :)

@@adnaankhan More oil means if I am not wrong Cat models used to have 5 Yrs warranty on Muffler by YAMAHA and factory setting was 20ml 2t per litre....so these models developed Block Noise early. Secondly I have replaced my cat Silencer as the 2t pump pushed 55ml 2t oil and muffler got chocked. Now after replacing the muffler with RX100 I am using 30ml premix. The pump is running dry.

@dipayanmukherjee3907 I appreciate your knowledge sir, yes you're totally right in 20ml per litre ratio, and also right with the cylinder noise, as the cat create a back compression from it, which leads to piston acting crazy! I use around 60ml per litre, so that my std bore keeps running, it gives me goosebumps that i still have the 2002, with std block.

@@adnaankhan Thanks for your reply Sir....but I think you should go for 35ml ratio it will be OK...coz I am using 30ml premix for Last 3 months or so no issues till now. If the bike is in same condition, then 55k for non valid bike, and 1 lack for valid one (street legal-tax payed).

My Yamaha has rust inside so can I get it cleaned through Petrol? Mine is RX100 with 3 speed gear from Telangana. Also it doesn't give any mileage just 20kmpl only. It runs very good if I start it but I want to improve it's mileage. Please reply brother.

Brother, if the bike is giving mileage of 20KMPL it's hurting the combustion chamber in a bad manner, I'll suggest dismantling the carburettor, reed valve and the cylinder, and getting it fully cleaned! Carburettor tuning is to be done by some experienced mechanic, it should kick around 35KMPL mileage.
