@@ita-shin I have plan to make musical demonstration of my SK-30, but never found time and dedication to do it. But promise I will.

Before you fire it up you should look at the capacitors. The metal can electrolytic capacitors. I test them with a "Mesr 100" Sometimes you have to de-solder them to double check but the mesr 100 checks most in circuit. If you do not have good soldering skills i would highly recommend you find someone who can solder without messing up old circuit boards. This is a vintage piece and gaining in value when in good condition. Recently i had to clean up the old work done by previous amateurs on a CS20M. It was even missing 4x 1uf caps on the psu. I found lots of bad work and did my best to tidy it all up. Works like a charm. The most important is to have a good healthy power supply, so start there, change any bad caps and fire it up. The other caps are usually less important but double check for any leakages around them (sometimes the tops have expanded and become dome shape or even split open) and test them when you get the time. Often there is no visible sign, they simply dry up. There is a good chance someone already changed the caps once in the past, hopefully they knew what they were doing. Please try not to mess up any work. I use flux, solder braid, isopropyl, brushes, board lacquer, good quality solder and take care not to push the pads off when pushing the new caps back through. If you put too much solder remove with the solder wick / braid and try again. Also having the iron set to the correct temp is important. If you have such a soldering iron. Check any components with very thick legs. They tend to develop bad solder joints. Good luck. If you read this let me know how it went.

I might be selling an SK 30 in the future. Are people looking for these. I'm thinking around €1500 fully serviced. New capacitors etc.

I don't think there is that much demand for YAMAHA's SK series... Depending on the condition, I think the SK30 will cost around $400 at most.
