mate the hard tail is spot on, it looks absolutely great. is there any drop or stretch? love the wooden jig!! would you share the dimensions?

UK KWF no drop or stretch i thought it might make such a small bike look odd. hardtail is a kit of pre bent bars from cyclehaven in lincon(80 quid).when i had the bars in front of me i got a mate to hold the bike upright and blocked the bars up on either side and took loads of mearsurements from under the bars to the axle making sure i had engine and chain clearence.when i was happy with sizes i made the jig and tacked the lower frame together.i then used the stock length from the swingarm to weld two temporary brackets, they got cut off later,so that i could mount the assembly to the original swingarm bolt hole. hope this helps if not just ask and i will try to answer more specificaly

nice build - Its amazing what a state these 125's can get into .... and even more amazing what some TLC does for them, i've been working on a dead one for 7 years, its nearly alive again .... how long did this take you ?

Jim Ray OK thanks thats pretty fast work for such a radical build, i was inspired enough to make a video of mine, almost there, i can see the light on the horizon at last. Great tune by the way and all the best to you St Jim!
