Hi there! I always recommend to use 1 ply classic drumheads Remo Ambassador for top and ambassador snare-side bottom. It will be your starting point to understand how the drum really sounds. Sorry for so late answer, didn’t see the notification about your comment!

@@budokaiboy for stronger beats I recommend to try remo ambassador Controlled Sound. It’s also 1-ply head but with center dot. I use it most of the time.
