Nice sled I have the exact same one mine however does not want to start now after it bogged and backfired.no response.

Nice. I've never had a problem with this sled. Always starts first pull. However, I have that problem all the time with my skidoo.

I think I will start by changing the plugs and holding the throttle wide open.see what happens

To Joel I have the same Viper that Bogged a bit. I cleaned the Power Valves and the Carbs and it is smooth as silk now. Also check the Reed Valves for any gaps. Older fuel can really gum up things even though the Yamaha is a Superb Machine!

Mine did the same I just leave the choke half open why’ll it warms up and make sure you have new gas.

Was the key on . the choke all the way back. Was the kill switch on. Mine took three pulls to get it running
