Ja, die Dynamik und die EFX sind bis heute der Hammer, vermisse aber etwas die ganzen Flächensounds bei dir! ;) Ich habe gefühlt über die Jahre soweit alle Soundbanks und Disks gesammelt die ich im Netz finden konnte die frei verfügbar waren, gibts heute kaum noch, auch das alle DX7 Sounds einfach geil klingen mit dem SY99 EFX ist auch perfekt!

I'm absolutely loving these patches!! Amazing job! Question: I loaded the bank up on my sy 99 and i'm getting a lot of patches that are not making any sound...is there a setting I need to change that set the patch silent? Or is there some error in loading it up through the sysex librarian? Thanks for any help!

SY99 is not the same as DX7. Its better. Why? Because you can do the same sounds from DX7, plus you can do even more other sounds. And its 16 multi timbral.

Kann man bei dem so einfach ein Goteklaufwerk einsetzen? Ist das ein reiner Laufwerktausch? Und wie ist das mit dem blauen Display?

Der Einbau ist einfach. Unterseite abschrauben und das Laufer ist mit nur 2 Schrauben befestigt. Wichtig ist das passende Kabel für das Laufwerk. Wegen der Stromversorgung.Ich habe das hier genommen www.ebay.de/itm/164597089199 Das Display habe ich bei Synthparts in Wuppertal tauschen lassen. Da habe ich auch alle Taster und Fader tauschen lassen. Ausserdem ist der SY99 auch 8MB SampleRam erweitert und hat zusätzlich eine 8MB SampleRam Card die ich selber beschreiben kann.

non sense question....sy99 has a wider dynamic and a noble sound with top notch d/a conversion and studio quality digital fx unit, due to the fact it was a very expensive instrument like k2000, whereas blofeld is a cheap synthesizer. apart from that blofeld sounds quite good but it is a wavetable synth so a different kind of instrument compared to sy99, they can live both in a studio or live setup. personally I'd go with sy99 and waldorf M (which it has analog filter).

Ganz ehrlich.....ich hatte ihn viele Jahre und war nicht wirklich glücklich mit ihm. Der Klang des Layirngs was immer frutrierend. Die Demos der Disketten waren immer super, aber nur nach vielen Stunden Gefummel mischten sich die gelayerten Sounds. Das stand in keinem Verhältnis zum Ergebnis.....aber er war top verarbeitet. Das einzige was unschlagbar war, waren die FM Pianos.
