2:03 actually you are supposed to push the pin inwards, not outwards, makes it way easier. what bugs me the most with these aftermarket holders is that they have no splash protection for the indicator and license plate light cables. they will be drenched in water and mud 19:01

OMG that’s a lot of engineering put into that tail section. So many things to take apart not sure if it’s worth the trouble. Can you still use the stock luggage bracket with the tail shortened?

Hello !!! i'm from France then apologize if i make some english fault !!!. i've broken my original plastic tail on my ténéré and i'm eventually interrested to buy your iron tail tidy. My question is ; do you have a official version ( i mean the registration plate must be in official angle and on your video it looks very horizontal !!) and also with a very small tail i'm a bit afraid to get all the mud on my back when i'll drive . could you tell me what is the reference to get the exact item that you show on the video, i 'll cut myself the plastic tail?

Great job, nice product, constructive suggestion, you can see is the number plate light, showing white light from behind. Maybe you could make a little shroud for it, so white light can’t be seen. 👍

Agreed. I hate the look of the low front fender. A YZ front fender would be so much better.

Looks nice and strong. What is the final angle of the licence plate? Asking because you may end up in serious trouble in DE (license plate misuse is a criminal offense here)... Thanks!

Hi, yes it has been made to be sturdy. My bike is strapped to the Dyno at the moment so I can't measure it for you. When it comes off of the Dyno next week I will measure and let you know.

I must say for the total money paid shipped to Sweden, im disappointed with this kit. I did not get rubber gromit in the cable hole, not either protective sleeve or factory plug for the license plate led cable, so i have to cut and paste the original which sucks. Also i think the finish on the plastic pieces isnt great. "On the next batch of kits there will be cable protection all the way through as well as a Factory plug so it will just connect without having to cut and join the cable." well that didnt happened for me :(

pity that you are not equal to the LED turn signals were installed. with the numberplate light cable I would have pulled a protective hose over the cables. a good guide for the conversion 👌

Hi, not sure what you mean that its not equal to the LED turn signals ? on the order page there is the option to have mountings suitable for LED indicators. On the next batch of kits there will be cable protection all the way through as well as a Factory plug so it will just connect without having to cut and join the cable.
