What size tires do you have? I have an 08 and I’m going to need a new set. Completely new to bikes here. Should I just go with the size from the factory?

Looks good I have a question when you change the sprockets to change the gear change is there anything else that has to be done or adjusted to the bike or does changing the sprockets fix automatically and done
@craventheboom8 ай бұрын
Swap sprockets and make sure you have a new chain with the right amount links and your good to go.

hello .. I am a strict followers who live in turkey. your projects are great.. I congratulate your team. I have an amateur bobber project. I tried various methods of applying white stripe on the sidewalls. but I could not get a long-term performance. There are alternatives in my research such as asphalt line paint, leather seat paint and plastic bottom. I do not want to experience situations such as deformation and separation of paint from the surface after application. For this reason, I would like your advice on the right paint material and the correct application method. Has it deformed over time? Has the paint peeled off? Can you suggest me?

@thekeb69184 жыл бұрын
Hey man did you replace the chain because it needed it or because the tooth sizes were different then the stock. I’m buying the same sprockets as you did but my chain is good, I didn’t plan on buying a new chain. But my main question is do you need to replace the chain when you buy the new sprockets, thanks.
@rabidsquirrelgarage7454 жыл бұрын
I changed the chain because it was ruste almost solid and figured while I was at it, get new sprockets and change up the gearing. As far as needing a new chain, you most likely will it you change the teeth too much. One or two teeth, you should be ok.

I am looking for a bike of around 250 ccs. I have a 1982 Suzuki GS650G and a GS650L I would like to use as a trade. I have a medical condition that makes the 650 too heavy for me to hold up. I also have a 1987 Honda Gold Wing Aspencade 1200 that I have never ridden. I need to sell or trade these bikes. Ifyou know anyone who might be interested please let me know. I live in Canandaigua, NY. Thank you.

If youre struggling to find a 250 virago you can put a 250 engine in the 125. Hope that helps
