Yamaha Virago Cafe Racer Project Part 2 - Will it start?

A bit more work to get to know the bike. I managed to start it but smokes like crazy. My bet is thats just the carb. Pilot screw on rear one has damaged thread, bore need to be retaped and new screw put in so that 1st start was conducted with the pilot screw just barely put it so ultra rich mixture.
