Reed spacers allow for a smoother flow of fuel which results in better throttle response and a few hp. No change in fuel mileage, I did it because I found it to have an low speed "burble" and these cleaned it up a lot.

The transfer rods are non adjustable on the sx. Swapped over with some adjustable ones. Allows for better weight transfer onto the track which gives better traction. I believe Bender makes a set, thats what mine are.

Not saying its impossible but it would take a lot to flip. Its more stable than my Rev 600HO. It has a low center of gravity and a wide stance. Thing handles great on the twisty groomed trails. The rear skid could be better but I love the triple.

I run 91 in my sled as I find it runs cleaner and smoother and fouls less plugs. I would think it would be better on gas as well, since most motors run better with 91. I'm bias towards 91 octane anyways, I run it it everything I own from my chainsaw to my 350hp 4 cylinder car. As for the silencer mod check out snowmobile fanatics, and search silencer mod, should be the first thing to pop up.

is this sled better on gas on higher octane, like 91, and does it call for 91, also make a vid on how to bore silencer

What is the top speed on this machine ? I own a 94 Vmax DX with a 600 engine and I get top speed about 90. a guy close to my house is selling one just like that for $2000 with plastic skis

what do the spacers do, i had some in and took them out thinking about back in, do they make it harder on fuel?

Allows for fuel air oil mixture more time and cleans up the low speed burble, maybe adds couple horses but I used spacers in mine and cleaned up the burble😁

These 700 triples are very fuel efficient for some reason you'd think they are gas hogs because of the 700cc's but no... very fuel efficient when stock 😁
