I would try to screw in the bolt that goes into the crank, so that the spinning threaded tool doesn't damage the crank. If the threads on the bolt bottom out, put some washers between the bolt and crank. I don't know what the threaded end of the tool looks like, if it has a centering dimple you might have to drill a female dimple in the bolt head...I'm rooting for you Harvey.

That piece of metal you found is most likely a sheared woodruff key which means the flywheel has spun and most likely what had caused it to sieze on the crankshaft keep hitting it with air impact try and get something behind it to put outward pressure on it

I have dealt with this several times put the puller on the flywheel tighten it as much as you can with your impact and give the puller bolt a good solid hit with a hammer you got to give it a pretty good shock when there froze on like that like I said I've done it several times and it has always worked well for me Hope this helps you out Harvey

I wouldn't have a clue, but I'd try Freeze off,and then penetrative, a few times, but use a flat end on the puller against the shaft, even leave overnight with pressure on, aspecialy there it might Freeze off overnight 😂😅 thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones

Hey Donald, I tried all of that, it is bloody stuck! The last thing I did was heat the hub with an Acetylene torch with the flywheel puller under tension, nothing happened, it did not budge.... I'm thinking that it has red thread lock on it.... Honestly, I'm not sure what to do next, it would not be easy to cut loose.... I'm opened to suggestions! I had the same problem with my warrior , take a 2 pound hammer smack the hell out of the end of puller it should pop off I even had to use 2 pry bars one time and smack the puller with help from a buddy ....... good luck

What if you took a bolt on your lathe and put a center hole in it, then screw it in the crankshaft and use the puller on that so it don't mushroom. Also, we have a big half inch Dewalt impact with a big 20v battery. That has insane torque. Used with an actual half in drive impact socket (no adapters) would do something I'm sure. (Of course the possible lock tight issue complicates things.)

Both the seat and the pull start on the Suzuki 125 and the 185 have the same part numbers. What year is the Warrior Harvey, I'm looking at generations and other models that have the same part numbers just in case. Thanks.
