Yamaha wolverine x2 x4 weller racing ecu flash and hmf quiet core slip on install

Great video and answered all my questions for my 2019 Yamaha Wolverine before I do it. I am currently purging out the 89 Octane and plan to have the WELLER ECU FLASH for the 91 Octane gas. I am really looking forward to doing this and experiencing my "Wolvy" with no factory limitations. My real reason is just better performance with a cooler and better tuned engine. I just recently did an oil change and installed NGK IRIDIUM plugs and the X2 does not run as rich. From everything I have read and see, Weller is the best way to go with the HMF muffler.

I did the Weller ECU flash & and added the HMF Titan quiet core with the Cerakote, Looks real good, sounds like it should. Love the low end grunt even with my Terrabites, also replaced my filter to a UNI. My top end runs out at 60 mph. Not the fastest but I'm all about Yamaha reliability and durability.

James How you liking it so far, I'm probably going to do the same set up, where I ride I dont need the speed but itll be nice to have, hows the low end on it since you changed it

@@anthonysam2652 Low end is better than before, just bought some 29" Maxxis bighorns. and the bump in power works perfect, other SxS may have more top end but low end and climbing I am right there.

So I have a 2019 x4 all stock for now looking into a similar if not the same wheel and tire package is the new clutch weights nessary for 27-10-14 or even 28-10-14 just wondering don't want to void warranty or any premature failures if so is this the only upgrade I need for the bigger wheel and tire set up thanks

So glad to see people finally modding these buggies and glad to hear that aftermarket companies are finally starting to come out with some products for it. Have you adjusted the suspension much? I'm gonna soften it up for trail riding. Feels like it is set way to stif for being out in the woods lol.

Following this! Plan on a lot of the same, Weller flash JBS extreme clutch. One question? Your opinion on putting one size up of the KMC beadlocks to the 15's to fit the 28x11x15 EFX moto claws. Do you think they will fit as they are 1" taller And 1" wider. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you need a JBS clutch to go with it

Yes u do my buddy got u to put JBS clutch in his Viking it boost the top speed from 52mph stock to 60mph with bigger tires
