When rollstarting if you cant get traction select a higher gear, it works as more leverage on the engine, it will rev lower when it starts but aslong as you give it throttle when it bumps itll go.

Take the tarp!! Keeps the dew off you, your bivvy and all your gear (Boots, jacket etc). Pretty demoralizing to get up in the morning and put on wet gear, especially if the weather is on the cool side. Tarp takes up very little room and weighs next to nothing. Easier to pack up one tarp when wet then it is to pack up sleeping gear when wet. Just my opinion based on my experiences. Love these vids bud.

handy to have a luggage tube that is symmetrical with your muffler(a tube on the left of the subframe approximately the dimensions of the muffler that is on the other side) to store tarp, tools, tubes, and anything else you choose.

Great trip. People don't realize how the WR250r is truly a swiss army knife of bikes. Ultra low maintenance and when modded, the WR has plenty of power to do everything you want it to. Really there is no other bike that compares to the WR when it comes to such a versatile low maintenance true dual sport in lightweight package. It makes for a great lightweight adventure bike as you have demonstrated here. There are people who have traveled all over the world on the WR250r.

@joytech237 жыл бұрын
It's probs easier to take a 10,000mah power bank with you instead of using the bike's battery to charge. If you continually drain the bike battery to those levels you'll kill it pretty quickly. TPLink make a 10,000mah power bank that you could just slip into a jacket pocket and that'll charge your phone and devices with juice left.
