Had this same bike.Same color. Mine was a earlier model with spoke wheels and a really cool double leading shoe front brake.Replaced front fork with RD 350 fork. Did a little top end work and advanced the timing. Mac 2 into 1 header and progressive rear shocks. And Clubman bars.Would do the Ton!! Great little fun bike!!

Now that sounds like a real blast to ride. I didn't realize they had double leading shoes available for these (maybe an aftermarket thing?). I'm definitely going to find one to put on cause the breaks are a suggestion at best on this bike.

I have a xs360 and got stuck on the wiring it’s seems really difficult

That's the same problem that led me to just rewire my bike top down. I dont recommend doing this if you dont have the points ignition version of the bike. If yours uses the CDI box for ignition then keeping the original wiring is best.

hi, would you share the wiring diagram? I have an XS400 and am trying to rebuild it.

Unfortunately I've lost it since then. It's easy to wire though, only if your bike is a points ignition model. If your bike uses a CDI box or other type of electronic ignition then I wouldn't dare think about rewiring it (its a lot bigger job to say the least). My wiring is easy because its pretty much three circuits: the ignition circuit, the charging circuit, and the accessory circuit. I have wires that go out to my ignition points and that's all it needs. I ran the threes wires that come out of my alternator coils to a new regulator/rectifier, out of that its two wires to the positive and negative of the battery. there is also a feed wire to the charging system to give the power to the electromagnet. So one wire from the battery pos. to that (be aware if this is left on all the time without the bike running it'll drain the battery). The accessory circuit is just the power to the horn, turn signals, headlight, etc. and that's a simple circuit of power out to those units and they all just need a ground. Hope that helps, happy riding!

What loop did you use

A generic one from Ebay. They're all mostly the same so just worry about picking one that matches the frame tube size.
