hey man... I literally just picked up those exact handle grips from NCY and im extremely confused I have an 02 bws 50 and I am not sure how install them because the throttle grip does not fit in the starter housing on the throttle side. If you could post i video of the install one day that would be beyond helpful

Hi you likely bought the wrong grips. If you have the needle bearing you need to buy the needle bearing style grips they’re bigger. Maybe reach out to your vendor to clarify

Just getting back into my scoots and installing an roller bearing NCY twist grip, one important note is to make sure you get an short enough cable for bug eye, an PWK cable for an Honda dio/elite is much to long.

Sue Riggins because it’s a push pull cable. You’d have to convert to a single cable: also I believe it’s one piece with the brake perch. You’d have to switch to a different brand master cylinder also.
