Is it possible to connect the audio of the cp to the ad input on the modx and have the auto beat sync follow the tempo of my playing? example have backing tracks that sense when i slow down or speed up.on the cp88.

It would have been nice if you also could set a different midi receive channel for each sound in a liveset of a CP73/88 or a YC61/73/88 !! I am forced to buy a modx in stead of a YC73 😀

I have a little question about using Midi between my Ensoniq SD-1 synth and Yamaha CP-5 piano. I am trying to conect these two keyboards with Midi cables in and out with two cables. I want to play on the Yamaha and use the Ensoniq SD-1 to record midi-notes into the sequencer, but when I hit the play button on Ensoniq SD-1, I only hear the drum beats on the Yamaha CP-5. By the way I also have stereo audio outputs from both instruments to a Roland BA-30 Portable system to hear the piano sound and the metronome on Ensoniq SD-1. Any suggestions what I need to change to make it work?

Blake - this is great. I have a CP 88 and Montage 6. Looks like I can set up a Midi setting where I control an organ performance "underneath" a piano setting on the CP 88. Do I understand this correctly - I can do this at the live set level so it only works when I need this setting? I have some great sounds from the Organimation library that I'd like to layer from time to time. Can I still control the draw bar settings on the Montage when I have the CP 88 controlling the organ performance? Thank you and please keep sharing these videos.

What if I wanna use it as a controller for a small synth but just for a while and then go back to the internal sound, is that easy to do live? Thanks!

Thanks Blake, I think these series are great, but I have 2 requests - would it be possible to zoom in on the screen? It is very hard to see what is going on and 2nd request, the audio is WAY louder than your voice, keep having to turn up and down. Thanks!
