About Talks

About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Looks exhausting as hell, but also they seemed to be really enjoying themselves! Great performance, but I'm sure seeing it in person is whole extra level of awesomeness!

Reminds me of the drummers who play on improvised drums in Times Square. Maybe not quite as spontaneous?

A lot of Japanese, Korean and other east asian culture was derived from traditions born in china, but all of them have things significantly unique to them as well

Japanese high school marching bands are the best. They mean business. Kyoto Tachibana has a unique fun style of marching.
