The duel was honestly fine except for last turn where yugi top decked the exact 7 cards he needed. Using the turtle, breaker and MST are believable ways to handle Zarc and don't feel forced. If Atem did just use Soul Crossing to get rid of Zarc it would make much more sense. Also Zarc is quite bad for these kinds of duels since he has so few cards that his opening hand is basically fixed.

If I'm reading how Supreme King Dance(Supreme Face-Off) works correctly (Once per turn, if a "Supreme King" monster you control battles, during damage calculation, or when a card or effect is activated that would destroy a "Supreme King" card(s) you control: That "Supreme King" card(s) cannot be destroyed by that battle or effect.) that should have protected the Supreme King dragons from destruction from Underworld - Heaven Circle Meaning odd-eyes would have protected the cyclone play.(Or Yugi would have played Cyclone on Dance causing it to protect itself and not the dragons, thus leaving it in a stalemate as Zarc can't beat over Paladin, and Zero/Infinity would still be up) That being said, that only stops 1 ending, leaving this duel at a "Either Player could win"

@@KonataFrikiGamerXD You are right. I’ve looked up some anime effects that were used, and I can confirm that the duel is clean. However, there is still some really bad misplays over on Zarc side, such as not sending odd eyes to extra deck to summon two darkwurms so then he could fuse during yugi’s turn. I can’t find any more incorrect plays, but the order in which Zarc used effects, on which turn, and the use of real world card effects only when beneficial just makes this fuel seem hard written for Yugi to win, which is probably what would happen irl anyway. My only problem with the duel now is Yugi getting magicians navigation despite never playing it. If your doing that, just give him eternal soul and magicians circle.

Atem shouldn’t have been able to activate the effect of Dark Paladin because Zarc had two ways to stop its effects from activating he could have Used Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom and Supreme King Dragon Zarc shutdown all the effects of all his opponents Fusion, Synchro and XYZ monsters.

Anime Z-arc has no way to negate effects, only offers protection. Anime Starving Venom was in the graveyard and only negates effects on Zarc's turn, even if it was still on the field.

They literally cannot be effected by anything aside from DIVINE type monsters, you'd have to outpower them attack wise to defeat them. The only thing carrying Zarc against a full powered Atem is his supreme gate infinity. If Atem bypasses that somehow (destroying it with MST or dust tornado), Zarc's pretty much screwed. But you might be right though, I'm sure Zarc has cards that can protect his spell/traps.

@@raphaelwilkes97 Yugi formulated an entire strategy to get rid of god cards. He needed very specific cards and a whole combo that Zarc has shown he does not have. He used a strategy that basically deflected a DIVINE type monster's own effect onto other DIVINE monsters. There's no way the god cards can be affected by monsters and that's exactly what zarcs cards are; monsters. Even Kaiba, one of the smartest characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! history couldn't do it and he was astonished that little Yugi figured out how to counter it. And I don't really think it would be too late for yugi to deal with Zarc's pendulum zones. He has many cards that can help stall/stop attacks from continuing. Yeah Zarc, wouldn't be affected but the supreme king dragons will be. Yu-Gi-Oh! is one of the hardest series to really debate when it comes to comparing duelists because everything is all random with cards and combos. Atems deck in reality would get erased easily, but the god cards are still to-date the most broken anime cards to ever exist and I really don't see any future cards besting it.

Yugi May be a skilled duelist but if he used his deck against any protagonist after him he is loosing he could only put up a fight against Jaden because he stands no chance against Yusei and his op synchro monsters and then Yuma who has mostly all number monster plus all of his Utopia’s and then Yuya who can has access Pendulum, Fusion, XYZ, and Synchro Summons with all four dimension dragons and then Playmaker who is just way more skilled than Yugi imo

@@linkfan6555 I respect your opinion but Yugi is 100% loosing to Playmaker and Yusei but going back to what I said about Yuma now I think it could go either if it’s Yuma vs Astral Yuma then Yuma is winning but if he is dueling with Astral then once again Yuma is winning
