Ankur ji, don't camouflage. Here in my town which is very far from such upcoming projects and rates are touching 100000 per square metre. Yeida has a history of up and downs. if anybody is interested to invest then it is the best time as Ankur ji himself is vouching for 60000 per square metre. If this is a fair price then 10 to 20% speculation is always there in promising properties. properties are always sold at speculative prices of next 2 to 3 years. it means properties are at best price today . baki sab log Apne Apne hisab se bevkuf banate hain. Kisi ko Noida bhi bechana h. Lekin muh se nahin bhulenge ki Rahane ke liye Noida theek hai aur investment ke liye Yamuna OK thank you sir

Pl. continue to reset land prices through your super videos.But why not disclose your hinted pvt. developer like Ace Estate which is launching plots in Sec. 22D @ of Rs. 1.08 lac per sq m for min. 125 sq m size plots vide full page TOI advt on 5.12.24. जिनको अभी यमुना मैं invest करना है वो कर लें क्योंकि आने वाले 6 months के अंदर market बहुत तेजी से ऊपर जाने वाला है.... अभी कुछ दिनों पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशानुसार जब तक ऑथोरिटी किसान से जमीन का कब्जा नहीं लेती है तब तक rera का approval नहीं मिलेगा और कोई scheme भी नहीं निकाल पाएगी यानी अगले एक साल तक नई scheme की कोई संभावना नहीं है ....अभी तक स्कीम पहले निकलती थी और कब्जा लेने मैं वर्षों लगते है 2009 की स्कीम के कुछ pockets मैं अभी तक लोगों को plots नहीं मिले है जैसे pocket H L और भी अन्य pocket हैं sector 18 और 20 मैं

यमुना प्राधिकरण केवल कागजों पर प्लाट अभी बेच रहूं है अधिकतर मामलों में उन्हें जमीनों पर कब्जा नहीं मिला है । मानके चलिए पांच वर्ष तो लग ही सकते हैं जिन सेक्टरों में प्लाट निकले गये है । सेक्टर 22 डी में फ्लैट लेने वाले आंबटी वषों बाद भी बिजली, पानी, सड़क सफाई जैसी समस्या से आज भी पीड़ित हैं ।
