@@Ashperience my friend is staying there and I usually go there. Sector 1,2 and Techzone 4 are best sectors to live in Greater Noida West. Happening place and sorrounded by best school brands, competative coachings at reasonable cost. Upcoming Metro Hospital in Techzone 4. Upcoming rapid metro to Jewar Airport. Greater Noida West looks like better place.

आप कृप्या निष्पक्ष जानकारी दिया करे जैसे ये बताया करो की आजकल बिल्डर फ्लैट ट्रांसफर नही करते करते भी है तो ट्रांसफर फीस बहुत जायदा होती है। Ace builder नोएडा 150 के प्रोजेक्ट में ट्रांसफर नही करता जिससे आम आदमी एक बार फ्लैट लेकर फस जाता है। सिर्फ कहने को रेट 15000sq/f है कोई अपना फ्लैट बेच नही सकता इस प्राइस में। बेहतर होगा की कोई भी प्रोपर्टी खरीदने से पहले पूरी जानकारी ले ले🙏
