Does anyone remember that when Pepe moved into Gareth's old house with his wife in Yandere High school he was all possessed because maybe he had flashbacks of his mom dying in front of him. And that's why Gareth hanged himself. That's why Pepe wants to kill himself in Yandere. So it all connects together. But Sam and Taurtis convinced him not to kill himself. Then Sam and Taurtis moved to Tokyo because of the mafia. So we don't know how Pepe is doing now. Maybe he might be coming back in Tokyo Soul.
