I have had severe anxiety and I'm guessing depression for 4-5 years now. I've been listening to audios for about a year or so and I hate myself for it. I used to think that these we're for incels who thought all women were evil or weebs or some shit like that, but I get why people listen to these now. the first time I put one of these on I cried for hours before falling asleep and after listening to them for this long I don't know whether I feel worse or better for caving into them as a coping mechanism for barely feeling the warmth of someone's love or to feel good about myself for even just a little while. Honestly, my self-worth is so low now that I have actually developed a bit of an emotional disconnect from any form of positive reinforcement. I'm so used to neglect and pain now that I usually just dont feel. I'm 32, yet I haven't smiled or felt love since I was a child, cried since I was preteen, and hated since I was a teen. The only thing I know keeping my heart human is the concept of compassion. I know suffering, so I want others to smile and feel warmth. No one should have to feel the things I have and seal away their emotions. I know what I wanted to feel, so even though now I can't properly feel these things, it doesn't mean I can't show it to others even though none want to accept it from someone like me. Sorry for rambling, I just figured someone would want to know that there is always hope, if not for yourself, then become hope for another so they won't need to endure the same pain we have.

The world is a cruel and unjust place. Based on my own experience, the world is so filled with false identities that it made me hesitate to even trust everyone. The same reason also made me apathetic to others, automatically convincing myself that their suffering is some sort of joke. It's also painful to me that I'm making light of their problems, but if I were to be hurt in the end due to a misunderstanding, I'd take any risks. Maybe I didn't suppressed my emotions like you, but I know for a fact that I'm not showing what I genuinely feel, because I'm afraid of those emotions getting backfired at me. I don't know when, why, and how would it even backfire, but it automatically disregards all that just to keep myself safe of breaking down. Just to add more, I'm quite sharp tongued, but I always tell my acquaintances that I've always been that way: Sarcasm is a form of language in my family. However, I'm also really fragile on the inside, so maybe that's also the reason of my apathetic feelings. You maybe wandering why I'm saying all this. I'm just saying that you're not alone in this struggles, my friend. Don't be so hard of yourself, because I believe that no one is special in this world. Everyone has experienced the same things as you, maybe even surpassed these struggles, so don't give up all on your own. I'm also not encouraging you to have a mindset like me, it's a pain truly. All in all, I want you to believe in yourself. Because if you think that you're alone in this world who have that kind of problem, you're not, and use that fact to pull yourself up. Because just like them, someone helped them surpassed that, and someone will also help you to conquer your struggles.

@MaximilianoSanabria-b9v Thanks for the support, the class was supposed to present a topic on the US election, and I was presenting Trump supporters attacks on Joe Biden’s decision over allowing US made middle strikes in Ukraine, it turned out bad because I completely forgot I was presenting on Wednesday, and not Friday because I originally chose Friday but had to change it, so I spent Tuesday morning from 4:40 to 8:40 working on it, and luckily on Wednesday my schools starts at 9:30 instead of 8:30 so I had time to work on it, so when it’s time to present my teacher forgot I was presenting and pushed it to Thursday, but by that time I was so tired I fell asleep before I could edit my project at home, but luckily I had 9:45 to 12:15 to work on it, because of a working period my school has instead of recess, and my support block to get any type of work done, but even then it was mediocre, and when I was ending my presentation with questions for the class to answer, almost nobody could make an answer, so I was standing there awkwardly in front of the class. Man that took like 10 minutes to write, well that what happened and how I ended up here.

i am struggling on this bc my ex discord gf was a yandere, and now chases me bc she hates me, she did so many bad stuff to me, also if online was really, really shocking, i attempted sometimes to quit... but i still have a purpose, so now also if i have a purpose i am tormented by her thought, i felt like having a gun pointed right to my head, with some stuff to do for her or she would shot me, and she said it laughing, with an evil laugh, and made me wait, and wait... she made me suffer slowly... i am going to get some help by some doctors bc my mental healt, is not so good rn, i am healing and restarting to feel happy but i am still very very worried, i will pass this, i promise.

Froend, i know what youre thinking about, and i have to say it to you it isnt worth it, its just gonna be a big waste of time, your life is valuable, do not trust the world around you to make you think that youre not valuable i imagine you must be going through a very hard time, or having a bad day, i think you´ve been having a bad day for long enough, and trust me, i know what having a bad day feels like, most of the last 16 years of my life were like that and it all really change for the better once i started following Jesus and developed a relationship with him, if im honest i dont think anyone can ever show a love like his, i dont think no one can make all your problems vanish away "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" I know for a living fact that sentence is true, and is also true to you, God doesnt have any favourites, and is never too late Jesus loves you, and going before your time will only cause more problems and moer hurt, so i encourage you, if youre feeling depressed, love starved and hopeless, PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THAT DECITION, i wanted to do it before, but in doing so i would´ve lost everything, and i would´ve lost the chance to warn you and to tell you, that there is a God who loves you, and that same God´s Son will take care of you, and show you the love you been looking for Thanks for reading friend, God bless you
