2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
100g minced pork
100g bacon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 sachet oyster sauce ( 2 tbsp )
1 small pack of mixed vegetables
3 cups white rice ( soaked for 1 hour )
3 cups water
5 beaten eggs with 1/2 tsp iodized salt
*Yang Chow Fried Rice ang title pero hindi sya actuan na sinangag at kasing sarap sya nung Yang Chow Fried Rice ng Pares Retiro.
