It is very safe as long as you consume in moderation as part of you daily diet. 1tsp of acv to 12oz of water is the proper dilution. Wishing you a safe delivery and a healthy baby.

I'd add grounded black pepper and grounded black cumin seed to the mix. The piperine in the black pepper will increase the bioavailability of the tumeric many folds over. The fat from black cumin seed will increase the nutrient absorption of fat soluble vitamins into the bloodstream plus black cumin seed has multi-faceted health benefits. I do it differently though, I just throw everything into vitamix.

I presume it's to prevent pests such as ants from crawling over the glass container and access to the food items within. I guess the glass jar lid is not entirely sealed tight to allow carbon dioxide gases from the fermentation process to escape, preventing the glass jar from exploding from built up gases, but a not-completely sealed jar will attract pests to the food within, so the pool of water under the jar is to prevent pests from crawling easily to the jar.

Hi Lloyd. I let it sit for about 2 weeks minimum at room temperature before consumption as it mellows the flavor of the garlic. Fermentation occurs after a month when the bubbles starts to appear and it is more likr pickled honey garlic. So good!!! Have a good one!

Maraming salamat po sa nakaka-taba ng puso na comment. Open po kami for partnership kung interested po kayo na magkaron ng Tapsilogan Business. Hindi po namin maibibigay yung exact measurement ng mga ingredients pero maraming bawang, toyo sa grocery ( hindi toyo sa palengke ), luya, star anise, asin, paminta, sugar. Yung pampalapot corn starch pero pag luto na po sya ilalagay. Cooking time depende po sa part ng beef na gagamitin. Happy cooking!

Hello I'm mixing garlic ,honey ,apple cider and lemon for 1/2 cup measurement each .. I blend it all and never heat.. And after blending I put in in a jar.and store in fridge. Can I start drinking it tomorrow?or I'll be waiting for five days ? Please reply . Thank you
