Soooo? How is this information helpful? We all know something is weak in order to keep getting reoccurring illnesses, but please, give us one thing to do to find the base cause and heal it. It's been a while since I've gotten anything to actually help me move towards health. Knowing my yang qi is weak without giving me tools to strengthen it is just cruelty. 💖🌞🌵😷 Even your thumb nail says how to build your yang qi... So how do we find the root cause if these are just symptoms? If I missed it please let me know.

@ Suzi The Root cause of the symptoms is Yang QI defiency. That is the root cause ,. Correct it and the disease will correct. What to do for it is unique to your imbalances. Typically yang defiency lacks Flow or Warmth ,. As warm is a Yang Trait. However it can also be YIn Excess,. They will manifest in similar symptoms. That would be the start for you. Is to identify which one it is ,. Then eat , think, and live according to balance that out and your Symptoms will fade away and you will find your balance. Hopefully that helps. 🙏. I. Also a Practitioner 😊

@@isaactrevino7821, thank you for commenting. I guess my main complaint was his thumbnail. I'm a long time subscriber. So he didn't have to click bait the video by saying "how to build your yang", when he really didn't give any hands on ways to build my yang. I would have watched anyway. ... I'm frustrated because I have trouble with regulating my temperature. Just before I get the urge to urinate, I get hot (sweating). If it's past time to eat, I get cold (shivering). .... Several videos after this one he talks about foods. I tried cinnamon in my morning beverage (coffee, tea or water) and I'm much warmer. I had terrible heartburn everyday and I tried pickled celery stalks with my meal, whick cooled my heartburn. Some days my body wants pickled ginger to stimulate digestion. Those are practical things that anyone can try that are not harmful, not expensive, that are easily available and that I know you practitioners all know, yet rarely share. Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵😷

In Chinese medicine it’s not so easy to just answer. I can’t diagnose you without a proper intake and feeling your pulse and seeing your tongue. Your case sounds like it’s mixed by the symptoms your describing. The foods and drinks your talking about are also naturally mixes in nature of naturally hot and cold. For instance cinnamon in nature is warming while your coffee is actually cooling so if you had a spleen qi deficiency your only making it worse. Some of your symptoms also sound yin instead of yang. He talks about antibiotics which are yang which are yang in nature which are super cold in nature and damage the spleen. It’s also against any health regulation to give medical advise to anyone over the internet. I would highly suggest go and see your local TCM Dr because it does sound like your a mixed case and not something easy like oh you should boost your yang. No one ever really is. This is just kind of a teaching point to make awareness to Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine is a 6 year degree for basic knowledge and life long learning. Would highly recommend making an appointment to get a proper diagnosis and have your TCM dr walk you through your diagnosis and explain it and tell you what you can do it will be tailored just for you

All of your videos, most of which I’ve watched, are excellent. I have to apologize for forgetting to hit the thumbs up button for each one and not writing or in this case dictating, comments to you. Your enthusiasm, knowledge base, and desire to impart your knowledge in an understandable way are outstanding in all of your videos. My experience with Chinese Medicine originated with treating my dogs with traditional veterinary Chinese Medicine thru my vet. Over the past 10 years with various dogs I have had outstanding results. I use it in my own life and the point of this is that I learn a lot from your videos that I can extrapolate to further help me and my dogs. Thank you very much for putting the work and effort into your videos. Again, they’re outstanding. If I lived in your area I would most definitely come to see you. Living in the Northeast and understanding how important Polson tongue diagnosis is, I keep trying to find someone of your quality in my area. Not that I’ve been that successful with it, but I keep trying :-)

This was a good introduction to your work... you said sinusitis, and I was like ok he's talking to me 🤧 I'm pretty sure I got my first sinus infection that straight up lasted several months when I was 19 and I don't think it ever fully went away (I'm almost 36). Similar with bad ear infections over the years-- I'll be relieved that there werent symptoms anymore but then the first slight sinus infection will bring an immediate ear infection. I'm beginning to see how I live my life on the whole is medicine or it's not. Cheers ✌️

Antibiotics should only be taken if, there is a real cause for using it. If a tooth is inflamed and to fight of sepsis. Is there a TCM approach to killing of bacteria, or curing bacterial inflamation leading to a sepsis?

@snakemont. Check out the Classical Pearls chinese medicine formula line. Specifically Dragon and Lightning Pearls. The Dragon Pearl formula is the closest thing TCM has to a pure antibiotic.

For those who are looking for solutions rather than discussions on symptoms, I recommend researching herbs that build YANG Qi. Since herbal medicine has multifaceted benefits, find a Yang building herb that has a reputation for strengthening other areas that you would like to improve, i.e., respiratory, body structure , etc.
