Fun tour! Thanks for sharing. I used to work 2 jobs at this mall when I was 19-20 years old. My wife and I started dating there and even got married in the mall when the Chapel of Love was still open. I worked at the Caribou Coffee and the Chatime across the hall (both on 3rd floor). My wife worked at Bubba Gump’s. 12 years after our working days there we have a baby boy and we cannot wait to take him! We live across the country now, so we miss this place dearly.

In Japan, the drinks come on the belt. 🥰 Also, surprisingly, there are a number of things at Kura Sushi in Japan that isn't sushi. They have corn mayo sushi, fried corn, fries, ramen, noodles, all sorts of things. ☺️

Ginger is so good and so good for you. Its so good for your body they say you should eat it every day. It pairs best with sushi, the flavors mix well together. By itself its spicy and lemony.

While watching this whole video.. I was like where is H&M in this video? Cause Every time a KZbinr does a video in a mall, they always pass it. So, it’s not a video unless you pass H&M 🤣🤣🤣. I saw it at the very end. I’m from MN and Love that you guys went to MOA and did a tour and even went on a couple rides. Now, I’m gonna have to visit that Japanese Sushi Bar Restaurant…that looked good. Looks like you both enjoyed your time at the Mall. 🙂👍🏼

We just got back from Japan. It was amazing! There are conveyor belt sushi places everywhere. There are also lots of Ramen restaurants. You should look into/try Katsu Curry. It’s Japanese curry with rice and pork cutlet. The food is great in Japan. We also went to Tokyo Disneyland. The theme park food there is different. You may not like it. Odd combination of things. They don’t allow you to customize anything (take cheese off or sauce etc). So be prepared. Feel free to ask me any Japanese questions. We actually ate at the flagship Kura in Asakusa. It was huge! The black box had ginger in it by the way.

Did you see Harmon Killebrew's home run chair & home plate? Before it was MOA it was Metropolitan Stadium where the Twin's baseball team played. "The Mall of America was built on the site of a former baseball stadium, and a stadium seat marks the spot where slugger Harmon Killebrew launched the ballpark's longest-ever home run." It is by the Log Flume.

Oh, I'm so disappointed I didn't know you were going to the MOA! I live only about a 1/2 hour away and I could have given you a grand tour of that place! Both my kids worked there when they were in high school and my daughter was a model for their fashion team. We have a lot of memories at the mall over the years. We were there on the grand opening day when my son was only a month old. We go at least twice a year. If you ever get back there you should try the DeLeo's Pizza which is right outside of the aquarium. Their pizza is delicious! I hope you make it back to MN soon!

Very different atmosphere from our visit during Covid summer of 2020. Many stores were not reopened yet and the theme park inside was closed, but it was still a sight to see. Looks like your trip is in reverse order of ours that year. We opted to visit the Dakotas that summer thinking it was a safer choice for travel during Covid. Plus prices were great because there was less demand.
