Yanmar VO55 Mini Excavator Review

Growing up in the early 80s my neighbor had yanmar tractors. They were green, then he got a newer one which was red, I watched those things mow alot of acreage, yanmar are basic machines but very reliable

I once owned a komatsu PC 55. The machine has some issues, but the yanmar engine in it was bulletproof.

We have a Yanmar where I work and it’s a great machine, only thing is the cab is extremely tight for leg room everything else is great

I love operating Yanmars! I would want variable speed thumb controls on both joysticks for thumb and boom swing. Some brands have it and some don't. I thought Yanmar was one that did.

It seems like a pretty solid machine for the price point. I have to do it a bit of looking online myself. I can see quite a lot of people like them, especially smaller companies and they seem pretty reliable, but let's see if they can hold up to abuse for more than a couple of weeks.

Good machine exaust fumes in cab can be a problem with door ope or open station cabs due to exaust location

You are a rank amateur that has never even been on other excavators. Fast thumb is not worth beans and is very weak on grip. Everything else is slow like molasses and especially the bucket speed absolutely sux monkey nuts I bought my vio55 because it was 35K cheaper than competitors and now I know why.

Why are you blocking out most of the screen? Do you do that to your windshield when you drive your car? Do you block out 2/3 of the screen on your big screen TV? Do you block out 2/3 of your computer screen when you're on your computer? It's really aggravating on here to!!!!! You are not saving any film by doing that! And it looks terrible! By the way, people don't watch tractor videos to listen to music! It's not a music video! People like hearing the equipment working! Disliked and not subscribed!!!!!

@@austinatkins408 it would probably be a lot easier if you didn't screw up the sides of the screen and add music to it! It's too bad that you don't appreciate honest responses! Besides one out of every twenty-seven people that don't like something will ever say anything.
