What a Magical Trio!! Always in my "Go to" pyle of "Chill" zeke!! Still stands the test of time..and takes me away to those sometimes long forgotten mystical terrains in my mind that I loved escaping too whenever wanted or needed. Robin, James and Bill were the leaders of the Journey and Caravan..and I was along for the ride. Open your mind..Dust your things..and aboard your mate.. 🔺️🐫 🔺️🔺️ 🛖🧭.. it's time for the Caravan to depart! 🏜 🏝

I know I will never get tired of this album and these two songs that play together almost as one song. A large part of the overall sound and feel of this incredible recording was sound engineer Geoff Emerick. A recording master that was taught much of his trade by George Martin (Beatles). He was with the Beatles from Revolver through Abby Road and was a major influence on them. Paul McCartney said this about him when he passed in 2018: "He was smart, fun-loving, and the genius behind many of the great sounds on our records. I'm shocked and saddened to have lost such a special friend."

Not playing In This Place after Bridge of Sighs is a sin. Almost like not playing Living Loving Maid after Heartbreaker, or not playing A Day In The Life after Sgt. Pepper (reprise), or not playing Sun Arise after Ballad Of Dwight Frye (by Alice Cooper. That was a bit obscure). ;-) Such a natural progression.
