A Biblical Fast Is NO FOOD Period. Anything else is not a fast. You can Fast from Tv or whatever but that is not going to kill the flesh if you still eating. You have to turn over your Plate and all Distractions and seek God. Bless Up

It really isn't you know. Food is seemingly a main pleasure but it really isn't the only thing. We should abstain from ALL pleasure for a while. Food, sex, TV etc.
