That was a very informative Wednesday shave. You are right. I wouldn't enjoy shaving with the Yaqi Beast. I prefer mild to medium-aggressive DEs. But you always make shaving with aggressive DEs look easy. And Mrs. H never disappoints! Until Saturday...cheers!

Love the look of that razor, I don't like the name. Love the story about Mom and Grandmother. Nice remembering the beautiful love that they show to use through small gestures. I hope the meal is beautiful and you talk about them. Would really like a video about family if possible, maybe on the other channel if the notion comes about. Very inspirational, I think its nice to look at the old photos too when remembering. Beautiful flowers, thanks to your loving wife. Your brother is lucky to have one of the best traditional shavers around ---as his brother. Do hope he is well. Great shave Paul, nice balance. Very nice shave. You had me remembering my grandfather today. He put evaporated milk in his coffee every day. My own sotd was my parker variant, a new razor for me. Paired with a proraso green soap and splash. Nice work day shave. Have a great day. And Mrs H, beautiful flowers 👍

Spring time in the shave den, beautiful flowers Mrs H., thanks! Some of my TOBS creams have turned into a hard puck actually, it's a problem when you have too many soaps/creams and forget about some on the bottom shelf..still usable though. SOTD will be Palmolive cream and a Game Changer .84 w/Myrsol splash of some sort.. Enjoy the rest of your week!

Afternoon Paul Fantastic shave! I always remember when my Dad dropped me off at my Grandpas on a Saturday morning he used to put a big dollop of Condensed Milk in his cup of tea along with 2 sugars at breakfast time I stuck to fresh orange juice 😂

Great shave Paul! Beautiful flowers Mrs. H! I have a suggestion for a super budget soap you might like that may be a good option for those new to wet shaving; The Neutrogena Original Amber Facial Cleansing Bar. It comes in packs of 3 which are very inexpensive. It's scent-free, so may be good for those sensitive to strong scents and is glycerin based so could easily be melted down to pour into a lather bowl or even add any scents/menthol the user wants. I use this soap to wash my face and decided to try shaving with it and found it to be incredibly good. Builds a rich lather and is one of the slickest soaps I've ever used. Give it a shot!

I am using Mr Taylor's daily basis..wish it's smell was stronger.. currently aftershave is rotated between pinaud , art of shaving balm lavender, proraso balm or rezual wood n spice

Carnation evaporated milk, or evaporated milk in general, is very big here in Newfoundland. Loads of people use it in their tea/coffee. Cheers Paul!

Nice shave Paul. Loved the choice of the background score at the start of the video. Flowers are gorgeous Mrs H. The stormy weather with the sausage concoction was yum :) I am a daily shaver and for today's quick shave, it was the Mingshi Futur clone with Cremo as pre-shave and a lavender menthol shaving foam. Quick application of witch hazel based lotion and some balm to go. The blade of choice was Timor Solingen on its 10th use and then trashed it. It is a good blade, have you tried it ? By the way, loved the control in the Yaqi beast. Always fun to watch (over a mild razor ;)). Cheers!

I have that! but the lavender and cedar scent! they do have! but never try the other scents like oud Landry or sandlewood! and they made in ur County

Man, fruit cocktail you know, been years since I had that, but can't remember if we had carnation with it or single cream. I think the latter. 30 plus years for sure.
