There should be two points on the alternator that you loosen and then apply pressure and then tighten. This has been a very enjoyable video with some awesome scraping I'm thinking 2500 on the bin. Thank you for sharing this with us seven stars brother

Its a great stripping video. I think it is the longest video you have ever posted. It took me almost 5 hours to watch including the time I took to do other household things. Looking at the way you are working, it is clear that you are preparing appliances and stuff for the second load. A 2 hour video means it actually took you all day long for actual processing. I was surprised the batteries of your grinders, drill bits, camera lasted that long.

U might have to loosen the bolts and use a bar to pull the belts

you got quite a bit done in the yard next bin material getting piled great scrap session great video,all of those exercise bikes should have hms on them but some of them do have concrete encased in plastic,and bike chains are hms as well.

Looks like you loosen the alternator then stick pry bar behind it and increase tension then tighten bolt. Could be the belt is stretched like someone said or there may be another pulley I can’t see. Try googling your exact make and model truck,if your belt is loose someone else’s belt has been loose before you

@@CanadianTreasureHuntershops are taking all the profits,margins are tight,google that thing could be real easy fix or hell tell me your year,make and model I will google it tonight and try to diagnose and tell you easy fix😊. Then I’m coming out to Vancouver with a tube of silicone or superglue and I’m gonna fix that weather stripping on little Red,gotta give these vehicles constant love they do 90% of the work😅

Should be a second bolt for the alternator You have to loosen both and then use a pry bar to adjust the alternator to get the belt tight While holding it tight with the pry bar tighten both bolts

I looked again. U have 3 belts that appear loose. If you never replaced them, you should. Bending bolt is not good either. Taking it to a shop is a good idea.

The alternator belt is turned inside out, check, is it smooth on the pulley? If so, turn with the jagged side on the pulley the smooth side makes it slip and does not charge plus does not do engine cooling

Now you have the blue bins. Y don’t u bring closer when filling the bin up and put small item in fridge freezer where the gaps. U can always pull the shelf out or lower to bottom of fridge

So much e-waste concentrates added to your already existing mountain of material sleeping in the covered shed. I wonder why people in the trade are not coming forward to contact you to buy mountains of e-waste stuff. I dont believe Canada or Vancouver are so different from the rest of the world. I see there is market everywhere including third world countries for e-waste. Only Canada does not have, only Vancouver does not have, only Phil does not have. Hard to believe.
