I vote for a standalone island chopping block. Maybe on lockable casters with storage underneath. Big project but you could get a pretty penny for it.

Reall depends on the dimensions. I am a turner more than anything else, so I would be looking for how I can get the most/best turning projects out of it. If it were mine, I’d get the 2 largest blanks I could put of it for bowls or plates. The rest would become small bowls and/or boxes. BTW, I suspect this is maple rather than pine. But looks can be deceiving.

That actually gives me an idea, I could do the two platter blanks and then square and glue the left overs together for an hybrid piece
